結(jié)合影響硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能的4個工藝因素，各因素3個實驗水平分別為:1)增塑劑分散速度為800,900,1000 r/min;2)分散時間為4,6,8 min ;3)糊樹脂的加料時間為2,3,4 min;4)增塑劑的加料方式有3種，分別為方式1、方式2、方式3。方式1代表增塑劑一次性完成添加;方式2代表增塑劑分兩部分添加，第一部分為90 %，第二部分為10%;方式3代表增塑劑分三部分添加，第一部分為70%，第二部分為20 %，第三部分為10%。采用L934)正交設(shè)計的實驗工藝條件，如表1所示。
將糊樹脂、填料、穩(wěn)定劑、發(fā)泡劑、顏料等固體粉料先在70℃烘箱中烘干2h，進(jìn)行預(yù)處理后備用。按原料配比將填料、穩(wěn)定劑、發(fā)泡劑以及顏料等固體粉料稱好后，加人增塑劑中，在相應(yīng)的分散速度下分散20 min，然后降低分散速度至300 r/min,按設(shè)計的下料時間將PVC糊樹脂加至混合料中，同時加人第二部分增塑劑;浸潤2 min后，升高分散速度至設(shè)計速度，分散5 min;再降低分散速度至300 r/min，加人第三部分增塑劑、硅油等剩余液態(tài)物料;最后，再次升高分散速度至設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速，并按設(shè)計的分散時間對物料進(jìn)行分散;膠體分散均勻后真空脫泡，經(jīng)100目濾網(wǎng)過濾，制得光滑待測膠料。
細(xì)度測試
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的細(xì)度測試按GB/T 12004.5-1992進(jìn)行，共測3次，取最大值為測試結(jié)果。
赫度及其穩(wěn)定性
將制備好的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體放人溫度為(25 1 0, 5 )℃的恒溫水浴鍋內(nèi)，恒溫1h后，采用正弦波振動茹度計測試赫度。初始勃度(X70)是將配制好的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠恒溫靜置1h后測定的勃度，膠體放置數(shù)天后測得的勃度用}l，表示，測量條件均為(25 10.5)℃，恒溫Ih。http://hbxqtax.com/
