       對(duì)于陽臺(tái)、空調(diào)板、飄窗、落水管位置等連接復(fù)雜位置，應(yīng)上下部同時(shí)打膠，防止處理不到位引起后期墻體滲水。對(duì)于淺色或特殊顏色的丁基防水嵌縫膠應(yīng)避免與酸性或堿性物質(zhì)接觸(比如外墻清洗液等)，否則可能導(dǎo)致丁基防水嵌縫膠表面發(fā)生變色。

       本文對(duì)裝配式建筑墻體丁基防水嵌縫膠所需性能進(jìn)行了研究，并對(duì)現(xiàn)有常用丁基防水嵌縫膠性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比，針對(duì)提出不同的使用需求，提出了丁基防水嵌縫膠的選用方法，并針對(duì)目前設(shè)計(jì)、施工存在問題，總結(jié)提出了丁基防水嵌縫膠的設(shè)計(jì)施工要點(diǎn)。丁基防水嵌縫膠的選用方法總結(jié):

       (1)優(yōu)先選用改性硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠，因?yàn)槠渚C合性能最佳。

       (2)有涂裝要求時(shí)，不能選用硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠，宜選用中性改性硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠。

       (3)當(dāng)裝配式建筑外墻采用清水混凝土，且對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠耐候性要求較高時(shí)(耐久性不少于20年)，建議優(yōu)先采用中性硅酮丁基防水嵌縫膠。

       (4)當(dāng)墻體接縫為非位移縫時(shí)應(yīng)選用20級(jí)及以上位移能力的建筑丁基防水嵌縫膠，當(dāng)接縫為位移縫時(shí)，應(yīng)選用25級(jí)及以上移能力的建筑丁基防水嵌縫膠。

       (5)當(dāng)工期較緊或膠縫寬度不小于30 mm或膠縫深度不小于15 mm時(shí)，宜選用雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠。

       (6)當(dāng)接縫位于水平面時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇自流平型丁基防水嵌縫膠;當(dāng)接縫位于非水平面時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇非下垂型建筑丁基防水嵌縫膠。http://hbxqtax.com/
