       硅烷復(fù)合過(guò)程中單組分聚氨酯密封膠與水的比例對(duì)單組分聚氨酯密封膠高溫粘接性的影響見(jiàn)表2。從表2可以看出,單組分聚氨酯密封膠與水的比例在1:0.55到l:1.3逐步變化過(guò)程中,隨著水的比例逐步提高,常態(tài)粘接性呈先增后降的趨勢(shì),粘接性在0.67-1間最好,可同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)玻璃和鋁材的粘接。而經(jīng)100℃老化7d后,除了單組分聚氨酯密封膠與水的比例為0.85和1時(shí),未出現(xiàn)粘接性下降外,其他比例時(shí)的粘接性都呈不同程度下降。單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣經(jīng)80℃浸水7d后,性能也出現(xiàn)類(lèi)似的變化規(guī)律,僅當(dāng)單組分聚氨酯密封膠與水的比例為0.85時(shí)粘接性未下降,同時(shí)0.85比例處的樣品高溫和耐濕熱強(qiáng)度保持率也在所有比例樣品中高,達(dá)到88%以上因此選n(Hz0)=1:0.85比例較適宜。

       復(fù)合單組分聚氨酯密封膠與常規(guī)單組分聚氨酯密封膠的性能對(duì)比。將制備的復(fù)合單組分聚氨酯密封膠與傳統(tǒng)單組分聚氨酯密封膠進(jìn)行高溫性能對(duì)比,結(jié)果如表3所示。從表3可以看出,常態(tài)下常規(guī)單組分聚氨酯密封膠中氨基單組分聚氨酯密封膠(如:KH550,KH792)對(duì)基材均能實(shí)現(xiàn)粘接,但在高溫下,粘接性均呈現(xiàn)不同程度的下降,特別是在80℃浸水7d后,單組分聚氨酯密封膠對(duì)基材的粘接破壞面積均超過(guò)50%以上,均粘接失效。而環(huán)氧單組分聚氨酯密封膠(KH560)和甲基丙烯酞氧基單組分聚氨酯密封膠(KH570)在常態(tài)下均不能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)基材的粘接,高溫下粘接效果更差,甚至完全不粘接。而采用復(fù)合單組分聚氨酯密封膠制備的單組分聚氨酯密封膠3種情況下均能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)玻璃鋁材的粘接。原因可能是由于分子中含有氨基基團(tuán),其活性較高,易與基材表面形成化學(xué)鍵及氫鍵作用,可增強(qiáng)粘接性能,但在高溫及水煮條件下,氨基的強(qiáng)堿性催化使得粘接表面硅氧鍵斷裂及基礎(chǔ)聚合物斷鏈,從而導(dǎo)致膠粘劑粘接性及力學(xué)性能保持率下降。在復(fù)合硅烷中引入烷基烷,一方面提高了粘接劑分子的大小,使其耐溫性提高,同時(shí)引入的烷基基團(tuán)可調(diào)節(jié)單組分聚氨酯密封膠分子的疏水性,使產(chǎn)品pH值趨于中性,更能有效地提高膠粘劑的抗老化性能。http://hbxqtax.com/
