       以甲基三甲氧基硅烷、KH550等為原料，水解縮合制備得到nSmlnsm2=1:0.6ns;:nHZO1:0.85條件下，得到的復(fù)合MS密封膠應(yīng)用在本膠粘劑配方中，其常態(tài)7d/100℃和7d/80℃浸水條件下均能實現(xiàn)對玻璃鋁材的粘接，且高溫強度保持率達到88%以上。在高溫下對比傳統(tǒng)MS密封膠和復(fù)合MS密封膠的性能發(fā)現(xiàn)，傳統(tǒng)MS密封膠在常溫下對基材粘接性較好，但高溫下粘接性能均有不同程度下降，且下降幅度較大，而采用復(fù)合MS密封膠可彌補單一MS密封膠在高溫高濕下性能的缺陷，大大提高硅橡膠在高溫高濕環(huán)境中對玻璃鋁材的粘接性，拓展硅橡膠的應(yīng)用范圍。為了提高MS密封膠力學(xué)性能以解決了其建筑功能和安全方面存在的問題，將四針狀氧化鋅晶須與MS密封膠復(fù)合，通過測量拉伸粘結(jié)強度和邵氏硬度，研究了四針狀氧化鋅晶須(ZnOw)含量變化對MS密封膠力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:Zn0，的含量為0.5%時力學(xué)性能最佳，拉伸粘結(jié)強度為1.04Mpa，伸長率為192%，邵氏硬度為54.隨著MS密封膠在建筑幕墻中使用的逐漸廣泛，影響相應(yīng)建筑功能和安全的問題逐漸顯現(xiàn)，因此加強對MS密封膠膠力學(xué)性能的研究尤為重要。四針狀氧化鋅晶須具有非常少的位錯，接近一個理想晶體，加人到金屬、樹脂、陶瓷等基體材料中形成復(fù)合材料后，其立體的晶型結(jié)構(gòu)分散在基體中起骨架作用，各向同性地加強基體材料的機械性能。本文將自制的四針狀氧化鋅晶須(ZnOw)加人到MS密封膠中，提高其力學(xué)性能高，進而解決了建筑功能和安全方面存在的問題。http://hbxqtax.com/
