       在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠過氧化物硫化體系中加人多官能性單體活性劑，除了自身可以聚合在基體中形成硬的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)粒子外，還可與聚合物自由基反應(yīng)，提供額外的交聯(lián)活性點，從而提高聚合物的交聯(lián)度，改善硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的壓縮永久變形和耐熱水性能。這點可從加人了HV一268的2#試驗配方的物理機(jī)械性能的試驗數(shù)值變化中表現(xiàn)出。

       而在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠過氧化物體系中加人少量硫黃，由于硫黃能消除聚合物自由基的副反應(yīng)，提高過氧化物的交聯(lián)效率和交聯(lián)程度，并在過氧化物硫化形成碳一碳交聯(lián)鍵的同時，也有少量的“柔性”多硫鍵形成。這種復(fù)合體系可在保持過氧化物硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠較好的耐熱性及交聯(lián)鍵穩(wěn)定性等許多優(yōu)點的同時，膠的拉伸強(qiáng)度和扯斷伸長率較純過氧化物體系有提高。當(dāng)然，這種復(fù)合體系硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的壓縮永久變形要比純過氧化物硫化體系的稍大。
