       經(jīng)基聚氨醋或熱塑性聚氨酩彈性體可配成盒式錄音帶、錄伶鄉(xiāng)計(jì)算機(jī)帶以及軟磁盤(pán)等磁性記錄材料所那的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。為提高膠對(duì)磁粉的分散性。聚氮酷常與三元樹(shù)脂混用，作為普檔型磁帶的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。為適應(yīng)高檔磁性記錄材料的生產(chǎn)，國(guó)外已開(kāi)發(fā)了高分散性聚氨蹄和電子束固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。使所制磁帶表面層的光潔度高，且可大幅度提高音頻和視頻的信噪比。

       我國(guó)現(xiàn)有X40多家錄像、錄音、計(jì)算機(jī)磁帶和軟磁盤(pán)生產(chǎn)廠，年生產(chǎn)能力約為600- 700億米，不少企業(yè)的開(kāi)工率僅加%.究其原因，一是生產(chǎn)能力已遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)需要量(約超過(guò)一倍);二是從國(guó)外源源涌人磁帶(約為需要量的一半)，每年花費(fèi)外匯5000-6000萬(wàn)美元，極大地沖擊了我國(guó)的民族磁帶工業(yè)。

       化工研究院于“七五’期間在有關(guān)磁帶廠、研究所的大力協(xié)助下.研制成功了以本體聚合法合成磁帶用固休硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的新工藝。所制硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠經(jīng)多次在生產(chǎn)線上試用表明:它可用于a型aA級(jí)錄音帶,音樂(lè)級(jí)錄音帶、HG級(jí)錄像帶、軟磁盤(pán)及高速?gòu)?fù)錄帶等的生產(chǎn)。該硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的特性是:產(chǎn)品系固體。貯存穩(wěn)定性好。便于運(yùn)輸處理;配成溶液后的粘度低，對(duì)磁粉的分散性好;膠膜強(qiáng)度高、彈性好、具有足夠的耐磨性;制得的磁帶光潔度高電磁性能優(yōu)設(shè)。
